The first head Mr. Vishnu Swarup Soti was M.A., LL.B. from Allahabad University. He was a leading lawyer and was two term member of Uttar Pradesh (then United Province) Legislative Council.
The next head Mr. Prem Kumar Soti was M.A. LL.B. from Allahabad University. He was a leading lawyer, philanthropist and a famous social and judicial activist.
